When WSD started about 18 years ago, the entire business was run off of an Excel spreadsheet. Not the most efficient way to track multiple clients, deadlines, billing, contracts, and more.
Over the years, we have spent a lot of time finessing our onboarding process for our clients, and are very proud of how far we have come.

Each project has many moving parts, and there are also different team members or contractors for different tasks. These tools help us to communicate with each other, and with our clients in an efficient and secure way.
