  • Special delivery...chocolate bunny for daaaays! . When I was young, my dad was in the Air Force and we moved...a LOT! This is when I was 5 in Indio California. But no matter where we lived...these big chocolate bunnies were a given at Easter...along with homemade chocolate covered peanut butter eggs from my Gram in Harrisburg. . The bunnies started out as solid chocolate bunnies(!) They lasted forever! My dad always took the ears though. Then over time, the ears were solid, and the rest was hollow. But no matter what, we looooved getting these ginormous bunnies from our Gram. . Do you have a fave Easter treat, memory, or tradition? Do share! . Wishing you a Happy Easter! 🐰🐥🌸🐣🥚
  • Celebrating one more Birthday here at WSD! 🎉🎂🍾⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ We are all Pisces and Aries here, so we have been celebrating for a full month now! 🥂🎂🎉⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Karen is our Administrative Assistant, but she started as a CLIENT! She was client side for one of our big launches a couple of years ago. She was able to manage her side, plus queries and tasks from 3 of us here on top of all that. She was thorough, and could keep multiple things in motion, so we definitely knew what she was capable of!⁣ 🤩💫✅💯⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀ Now, she keeps our back of office moving, and she also keeps US on track when we veer off course. 🙈 ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ She is based out of Canada 🇨🇦 and we are so thankful that she joined us a little over a year ago...just as a side note: she makes MY life, as the Biz Owner, a heck of a LOT easier so I can sleep at night! ⁣😅😴⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Thanks for all you do Karen, and we hope you have an amazing day today and always!⁣⠀⠀⠀ ⁣🙌🏼🙌🏼⠀⠀⠀
  • We have been talking a lot about creating activations for our clients that further expand their reach and impact. When we reflect on the work we get to do, we are reminded how awesome it is that we get to work with creative individuals and businesses who want to leave a positive impression on the world in some way, shape or form. ⠀ ⠀ We have also been talking with clients about ways to build their brand in a way that will allow them to partner with larger brands in the future. ⠀ ⠀ We are seeing this first hand as a project that we recently completed has become its own phenomenon in certain circles. ⠀ ⠀ When we were approached to work on this project, it was a no brainer....as fans of the Amazon Prime Original show, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, we couldn’t say no!😯😯⠀ ⠀ The project utilized the nostalgia of the time period from the show, combined with the traditionalism behind Maxwell House’s Haggadah for Passover’s Seder dinner, which they have given away every year since 1932.⠀ ⠀ It has been amazing to see how the Mrs. Maisel brand has sparked so much excitement around the Maxwell House Brand and products by recognizing the perfect match that the two brands combined could make. ⠀ ⠀ This takes me back to how amazing it is that the things we produce can create such a resounding ripple in the world. ⠀ ⠀ So thankful to have worked on this with an amazing team. We had a tall order and a tight deadline, but the team of editors, designers, and illustrators all helped to bring this to life! ⠀ ⠀ This retro vibed Haggadah is available through Amazon for a limited time when you order certain Maxwell House Coffees.   • A little something happened on my Facebook Page and I wanted to share here as well... .. Last night I posted a fundraiser to help support MS. In May I will be participating as a runway model in a MS Fashion show... .. This is TOTALLY out of my comfort zone... in fact, I almost turned down the opportunity because I would rather drag my self through the mud to support the cause than to put myself on ANY kind of display... .. Can you say... self conscious??? But then I got to thinking...are you serious LeAnna!?! You would turn down the opportunity to help support a cause that not only affects YOU, but sooooo many others as well! That just because you are a little thicker around the middle than you would like right now...that you would chose NOT to walk the runway to help support those that are struggling right now, and every day!?? Get over it! .. So I did! I signed up and set up my pages and posted my story... check it out...link in bio⬆️⬆️ .. I opted for the minimum commitment ($1200) and prayed that I would make it by the end of the month. Lo and behold, less than 24 hrs later, we crushed it. Why do I always play small, when I was born to go big!?! ... so I upped the ante. I know many of you have donated already and I am forever grateful!   • Celebrate good times, c’mon! Ahhh...today at WSD we are celebrating MY Birthday! What a ride it has been! . . I started freelancing 17 years ago and the last 5 years have been spent turning my “gigs” into something bigger. . . What do I love about where we are at now here at WSD? I LOVE my team and how it has evolved over the years... I couldn’t possibly do all of this on my own and I’m glad I don’t have to! I am so thankful that the awesome team that we have become, not only believes in me, but they also believe in our mission, vision, and the amazing clients that we are so blessed to work with each day. . . It amazes me each day that we get to work with some of the most creative and innovative clients. They are making waves within their industries and are sharing their gifts with the world. We get to support their vision and mission to help their brands make an even greater impact. Women helping women, lifting each other up, and supporting each other. . . Each day we are inspired, each day I pinch myself because we get to do what we love, each day, I look forward to the next. So, as I embark on this 45th year around the sun, I am looking at what is to come with an open mind, and open heart, and I welcome all things great that are to come. . .   • Meet the Team: Karen Fasulo, Administrative Assistant, WSD⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Karen has been with WSD for a little over a year and she helps us to keep all the back of office items moving and more! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ She is a baker, 🎂 has owned her own bakery, and teaches amazing cake decorating classes. She also has a busy life with her girls 👯‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🥋and yet STILL finds time to routinely give back to her community through her love of cooking and providing home-cooked meals. 🥘🍳🍛 To see her sharing her gifts in such a loving and unconditional way is something to be admired! Here she is making meals with her daughters and swipe left ⬅️⬅️ to see a fun pizza workshop that they did together. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ------⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ "I feel like the luckiest person working with the team at WSD. I get to assist them in creating beautiful brands for their clients as well as exercising my organizational business skills. For me, this is a win, win! Not to mention the team at WSD are an absolutely AMAZING team of women. When I am not working or driving my girls around to their activities I am also working on myself.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Something that is dear to my heart is giving back to the people of my community. My first passion is cooking, so that is how I give back. I volunteer in the breakfast program at the local school. We make a nutritious balanced breakfast to start the kiddos off learning with full tummies. I don’t know about you, but when I am hungry, I have trouble concentrating.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ I also volunteer with a local organization cooking healthy dinners for the less fortunate in our community. In our suburban town there are a lot of people in need. For 1 night a week, these people are our guest. We prepare the dinner, serve them dinner and clean up. They also get leftovers to take with them to enjoy for another time! I do this for them, but I also do this for me. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in hectic issues of day-to-day life. Volunteering grounds me and puts into perspective what is really important." ⁣🧡⠀
