  • Meet Katie Flashner! @thegirlwiththetreetattoo 🙌🏼🙌🏼⠀ ⠀ Katie recently worked with us here at Weller Smith Design to create her NEXT products for her business using our Productologie services (link in bio). ⠀ ⠀ Katie is an author (The Solo Practice Guide for Ballroom Dancing), blogger, and 2018 World Champion Pro Am Ballroom Dancer(!) 😯😯😯⠀ ⠀ She already had a successful book and has a very engaged audience, but she was looking for her next product that was aligned with her specific clients needs. ⠀ ⠀ Together we created these beautiful journals for dancers to document their solo practice journey. As well as a journal to map out their routines, make notes, etc. both have custom branded interiors with unique cataloging capabilities for the dancer to have a quick way to refer to past notes and routines. 💃🏻💃🏻⠀ ⠀ Katie was such a pleasure to work with, but her vision and openness to creating something unique but functional for her clients are what makes these stand out. ⠀ ⠀ If you are a dancer, or have a dancer in your family, etc. definitely grab your copies for the upcoming holidays and follow Katie and her journey. ⠀ ⠀
  • Back in Cali and heading into #Boardroom with my business mentor @jennifer.kem and Coach @therealsarahspeaks. I have worked with several business coaches and mentors over the last 6 years and I grow and learn so much from them when I show up and do the work. 🤓🤓 ... In the last 90 Days, developed a new way to talk about one of services in my business which has been a game changer for me. (More to come on that, I promise!!!)🙌🏼🙌🏼 ... So now I am heading into this last Boardroom of the year and I cannot wait to learn, grow, connect, and continue with this momentum!💫💫 ... Where do you show up to help your business grow?
  • Yesterday I met up with some of my co-workers from my FIRST job here in NYC. We try to catch up at least once a year and the last few times I could not make it, but this time I did not want to miss out!⠀ ⠀ We worked at a cultural Ad Agency here in the city and worked on beautiful projects for places like The Met, Philadelphia Museum of Art, American Museum of Natural History, and The Morgan Library. ⠀ ⠀ Some of us only worked together for a short period of time, but the bonds were made and I’m always so happy to spend time with them. ⠀ ⠀ We had fun telling stories and reminiscing of our times together, and catching up about our families and where we are at in life now. Lots of great stories in such a compact amount of time. ⠀ ⠀ I am always so grateful for the people I have met along this journey. I learn so much from all of them and I always hope that I have made an impact on their lives in some way as well. ⠀ ⠀ Do you keep in touch with your past co-workers? Is there anyone you miss and want to reach out to? Do it! You will not regret reconnecting with those that made an impact on your life! ⚡️⚡️⠀
