“We were debating whether to work with a traditional publishing house and agent or to self-publish. Weller Smith Design gave us the confidence that they could help us design and self-publish a beautiful book that we had control over the content.”
—Lauren Allen, author of Tastes Better from Scratch Cookbook

“Working with LeAnna and the WSD team was absolutely wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough! Their designs are beautiful, their editing is excellent, their organization is outstanding, their communication is prompt and professional, and I always felt like they are on top of everything. If I self-publish more books, I will absolutely use them again.”
—Maya Krampf, author of Easy Keto Carboholic’s Cookbook
Create a Book with Benefits!
“My favorite part was the bi-weekly calls I had with LeAnna and Erin. Not only were they fun, but they were also extremely helpful, and were a huge part of keeping me on track and helping my stressed-out brain stay somewhat calm. These calls were also where I was able to see the creative process unfold, and I loved seeing how this book came together and blossomed as the weeks went by.”
—Melanie Gunnell, author of Mel’s Kitchen Cafe Cookbook
Books Are Not Just for Foodies
“I was very impressed by LeAnna’s vast knowledge in the field of publishing and getting my book ready for the next steps, every step of the way. Her keen discernment of what would improve my books presentation was incredible. Her contacts and recommendations of who to work with were excellent. It was an absolute joy to work with LeAnna!”
